Key Takeaways

New author NPS is significantly higher this quarter–up to 89 compared to a seasoned author NPS of 57. Open responses reflect the large impact of author onboarding and training resources.

When recommending Pluralsight as a publishing partner, authors want to be confident their referrals will receive a consistent and cohesive audition/acquisition process. A few open responses reveal some authors have reported negative experiences in this area.

Some authors have expressed confusion or disappointment with the recent changes to Author Analytics, citing less clear data than they were previously given.
